Quick Release Plate. Bolt this plate to a garage floor, or on a vehicle/trailer deck.The Grab simply clips onto the plate and locked down by just the one nylock nut. This allows the Grab to be quickly removed to make space, or use in another location.

Some clever people use a combination of three quick release plates with two Grabs in a trailer or vehicle, this allows the use of one grab in the central position when just the one bike is loaded or two on the outside positions for two bike transporting.
